About the role
- Train the staff of the franchise unit;
- Oversee and support the installation of machinery and equipment at the franchise unit;
- Knowledge of food handling standards and procedures for gelato production;
- Knowledge of uniform/dress code standardization procedures;
- Ensure excellence in customer service and front-of-house/cashier operations;
- Organize and control store inventory;
- Prepare and deliver reports on store opening training and refresher training;
- Communicate critical service issues identified to the Operations team.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and didactic (teaching) ability;
- Practical experience in gastronomy/food service;
- Energetic, with strong leadership skills;
- Time-study and workflow analysis (cronoanalysis);
- Full availability for flexible hours and travel;
- Preferred: degree or courses related to gastronomy/culinary arts.
