About the role

  • Train the staff of the franchise unit;
  • Oversee and support the installation of machinery and equipment at the franchise unit;
  • Knowledge of food handling standards and procedures for gelato production;
  • Knowledge of uniform/dress code standardization procedures;
  • Ensure excellence in customer service and front-of-house/cashier operations;
  • Organize and control store inventory;
  • Prepare and deliver reports on store opening training and refresher training;
  • Communicate critical service issues identified to the Operations team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and didactic (teaching) ability;
  • Practical experience in gastronomy/food service;
  • Energetic, with strong leadership skills;
  • Time-study and workflow analysis (cronoanalysis);
  • Full availability for flexible hours and travel;
  • Preferred: degree or courses related to gastronomy/culinary arts.
