About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This role serves as the enterprise strategy lead embedded with a designated business unit
- Partner with business unit leaders to frame critical strategic questions and develop clear strategic direction aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Shape and recommend strategic choices, priorities, and tradeoffs informed by enterprise context.
- Translate approved strategy into multi-year and annual plans.
- Support development and pressure-testing of business cases and investment theses.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise planning cadence, capital guardrails, and governance.
- Conduct independent future-sensing to stay ahead of environmental opportunities and pressures.
- Provide hands-on strategic support for a portfolio of enterprise-critical initiatives within the business unit.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor's Degree- (Required)
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years-Related work experience (Required)
- Minimum of 5 years-Managerial/Supervisory (Required)
- Skills: Analytical Thinking, Business Analysis, Computer Literacy, Critical Thinking, Interpersonal Communication, Market Research
