About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reviews, analysis’s and the administration of retirement and health and welfare employee benefit programs.
  • Assures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulation.
  • Monitors plan limits, eligibility and other restrictions on plan participation.
  • Provides benefit plan interpretation, guidance and counsel to employees.
  • Designs communication of benefit materials in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Develops, conducts and participates in a variety of presentations to inform and educate management and employees about changes to benefit plans.
