About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reviews, analysis’s and the administration of retirement and health and welfare employee benefit programs.
- Assures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulation.
- Monitors plan limits, eligibility and other restrictions on plan participation.
- Provides benefit plan interpretation, guidance and counsel to employees.
- Designs communication of benefit materials in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Develops, conducts and participates in a variety of presentations to inform and educate management and employees about changes to benefit plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Minimum of 5 years-Human Resources (Required)
