Key responsibilities & impact

Reviews, analysis’s and the administration of retirement and health and welfare employee benefit programs.
Assures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulation.
Monitors plan limits, eligibility and other restrictions on plan participation.
Provides benefit plan interpretation, guidance and counsel to employees.
Designs communication of benefit materials in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Develops, conducts and participates in a variety of presentations to inform and educate management and employees about changes to benefit plans.
