Key responsibilities & impact- Provides high-level coordination and operational support for executive recruitment
- Manages and coordinates complex executive search logistics across multiple concurrent searches
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and accountability in managing executive recruitment activities
- Proactively tracks interview progress, scheduling milestones, and candidate movement
- Maintains highly organized search documentation and recruitment materials
- Ensures a high-touch, professional, and welcoming candidate experience
- Develops comprehensive candidate itineraries for virtual and onsite interviews
- Coordinates onsite executive candidate visits, including travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Provides timely, professional, and proactive communication regarding interview schedules
Requirements
