Senior Pharmacist Consultant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Pharmacy Consulting Services Clinical Specialist is the clinical content and workflow lead for all home infusion enablement engagements with partner health systems.
- Responsible for business case development, implementation planning, referral and operational workflows.
- Serves as the key clinical point of contact for each partner health system.
- Develops best practice policies and procedures where applicable, including clinical medication protocols for existing and new specialty infused products.
- Assesses, recommends, and implements workflows to ensure ease of referral to home infusion.
- Effective engagement with all partner health system clinic stakeholders to inform business plan development process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Infusion pharmacy experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree-Pharmacy (Required).
- Master's Degree-Business Administration/Management (Preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years-Related work experience (Required).
- Licensed Pharmacist - Default Issuing Body.
