perform a variety of duties including extensive literature review for development of pharmacy benefit criteria
administer pharmacy benefit with Health Plan Pharmacy Customer Service team
deliver high quality member care while maximizing satisfaction
act as liaison between Health Plan and customers regarding pharmaceutical benefits
