About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently consults with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope on small to medium sized projects
Collaborates with internal partners and organizations in the design and development of reporting solutions and routine analytic studies to support business needs
Plans projects and request completion tasks
Provides time and effort estimates based on requirements gathering
Demonstrates working knowledge of relevant source systems needed to support primary stakeholders and proficiency with related databases/data marts within first year in role
Develops, validates, and executes low to moderately complex queries
Designs and builds reports/dashboards
Performs routine data analysis that answers business questions for internal customers
Interprets results and makes recommendations to business areas based on findings
Presents analysis and reports to internal customers and stakeholders
Designs intuitive self-service reports/dashboards, makes modifications to more complex dashboards developed by more senior analysts, and offers visualization recommendations to stakeholders based on business goals, requirements, and the intended audience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)
Experience: Minimum of 6 years-Relevant experience* (Required)
