About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cultivates new sales of Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO plans
- Influences community-based organizations to build collaborative relationships
- Assists with developing sales strategies in the designated region
- Delivers sales presentations to Medicare eligible audiences
- Presents managed care concept to employer groups and unions
- Supports strategic partner relationships
- Markets Geisinger Gold within the community
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must already be licensed to sell Health Insurance
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales experience
- Minimum of 1 year in Health Insurance/Managed Care
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Skills in Computer Literacy, Fundraising, Sales Functions, Sales Tasks and Activities, Working Independently
