Key responsibilities & impact

Provides leadership assistance to the operations of assigned department(s)
Manages enrollment of providers and facility for the Health System
Reviews and analyzes data necessary to complete enrollment filings
Identifies potential issues and flags adverse information
Collaborates with Legal Services/Risk Management and Revenue Management Operations to address enrollment status updates
Develops enrollment policies, processes and procedures which meet all regulatory agency requirements
Leads training and ongoing education for new and existing staff

Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (Required)
Minimum of 3 years of Managerial/Supervisory experience (Required)
