About the role
- Provides leadership assistance to the operations of assigned department(s)
- Manages enrollment of providers and facility for the Health System
- Reviews and analyzes data necessary to complete enrollment filings
- Identifies potential issues and flags adverse information
- Collaborates with Legal Services/Risk Management and Revenue Management Operations to address enrollment status updates
- Develops enrollment policies, processes and procedures which meet all regulatory agency requirements
- Leads training and ongoing education for new and existing staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of Managerial/Supervisory experience (Required)
