About the role
- Design and administer key talent initiatives like employee engagement and executive coaching
- Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead the assessment, design, development, and implementation of talent management projects
- Consult with leaders on talent management processes including evaluation and succession planning
- Develop scalable training programs and facilitate learning sessions across diverse audiences
- Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and iterate program design for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Master's Degree in related field (Preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience (Required)
- Certifications in OD/HR practices preferred (PROSCI, PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
- Skills in adult learning methodologies, communication, conflict resolution, decision making, facilitate training sessions, etc.
