About the role

  • Design and administer key talent initiatives like employee engagement and executive coaching
  • Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead the assessment, design, development, and implementation of talent management projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Master's Degree in related field (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience (Required)
  • Certifications in OD/HR practices preferred (PROSCI, PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
  • Skills in adult learning methodologies, communication, conflict resolution, decision making, facilitate training sessions, etc.
