- support strategic and operational financial leadership for specific Entities and/or Institutes of Geisinger Health
- develop operating and capital forecasts
- participate in monthly operating reviews and financial improvement initiatives
- promote financial and operational benchmarking
- assure compliance with financial standards and procedures
- develop high performing team by coordinating efforts of assigned Senior Finance and Finance Partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree- (Required)
- Master's Degree- (Preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years-Managerial/Supervisory (Required)
- Minimum of 7 years-Related work experience (Required)
