About the role
- Executes experience design activities on enterprise-level initiatives to drive customer-centric innovation
- Assists in shaping seamless end-to-end experiences across digital and physical touchpoints
- Supports multiple programs and cross-functional teams
- Implements end-to-end experience design activities on enterprise initiatives
- Plans and executes discovery/ user research programs
- Develops high-impact design artifacts such as journey maps, service blueprints, and personas
- Plans and facilitates stakeholder meetings and workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree-Related Field of Study (Required)
- Master's Degree-Related Field of Study (Preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years-Related work experience (Required)
