- Responsible for providing support, education, issue resolution and development of analytical and technical skills within the Workforce Management (WFM) Department
- Utilizes innovative thought processes to arrive at solutions
- Effectively presents trends and issues in a comprehensive concise format to all levels within the organization
- Develops and conducts user acceptance testing
- Reviews and recommends appropriate action on user requests for services
