Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, enhance, and maintain financial data architectures
Propose improvements to streamline data processing, storage, and retrieval
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Understand emerging capabilities and be forward thinking regarding their deployment and internal use
Ensure data availability, reliability, scalability, and performance
Ensure processes can meet risk management control guidelines
Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions
Assess business needs, identify data solutions, and enable confidence in data quality and governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years experience in regulatory reporting, risk management and/or data analysis
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and schema design
Strong proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Knowledge of Power BI development
Knowledge of cloud platforms
Understanding of data governance principles
Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, identify themes, trends and patterns, and communicate findings succinctly
Ability to learn
Methodical and diligent with a high degree of attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field
