About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead design of complex financial data models and analytics
Partner with Finance, Product, and Technology stakeholders on transformation initiatives
Establish best practices for reporting, validation, and documentation
Mentor Analyst I and II team members
Proactively identify data gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Respond to ad hoc financial data and reporting requests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
Evaluate, streamline, and optimize manual processes and legacy reporting to improve efficiency, data integrity, and scalability
Act as a liaison between finance, business operations, and technology teams to address evolving business challenges and enable effective data solutions
Operate with high autonomy and make recommendations that influence priorities and approaches
Anticipate issues and resolve them proactively

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
Experience working with financial data and systems in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role
Proficiency in data querying and analysis using SQL, Python, or comparable tools
Experience developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
Experience working with ERP systems and financial data structures
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
