About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct onsite and virtual performance reviews of ARX repair facilities
  • Monitor and evaluate repair facility performance using established metrics and quality standards
  • Analyze operational data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Partner with repair facilities to implement corrective actions and best practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with repair partners and internal stakeholders
  • Support initiatives focused on improving cycle time, repair quality, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with GEICO policies, procedures, and performance expectations
  • Support the Auto Repair Xpress network in the Colorado area

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in the automotive repair, collision repair, insurance claims, or vehicle damage industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with performance management, operational reviews, or vendor management is a plus
  • Only candidates located in the Colorado area will be considered
  • GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
