About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and customer experiences through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
Gather business requirements and translate complex problems into clear and actionable product solutions
Research, develop, and prioritize product enhancements aligned with business objectives
Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations teams throughout the product development lifecycle
Monitor product performance and use key metrics to measure business outcomes and identify future opportunities
Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products and initiatives
Support product launches, process improvements, stakeholder communications, and training efforts
Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to leadership and cross-functional partners
Help develop and enhance Commercial Auto insurance products
Drive products from concept to launch using data and customer insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience in insurance, product management, business analysis, or a related field
Experience within the auto insurance industry required
Commercial Auto experience preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience translating business needs into product requirements and actionable solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience identifying and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
Experience using data to measure product performance and business impact preferred
Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Python, R, SAS, SQL, or similar platforms preferred
