Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage a team of engineers focused on delivering high-performance enterprise-wide products
  • Drive architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of AI-powered solutions
  • Define strategy and execute a technical roadmap to increase product delivery velocity and unlock engineering capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience leading the design, implementation, and adoption of AI technologies
  • Hands-on expertise and deep understanding of AI/ML, generative AI, and enterprise-scale AI solutions
  • Fluency with C#/.NET, HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, XML, JSON, RESTful Web Services, and event-driven architectures
  • Fluency with at least one additional modern language such as Java, Python, or Go; open-source software experience is a plus
  • Ability to develop software hands-on at least 10–20% of the time
  • Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and the full lifecycle of core services and APIs
  • Experience with unit, integration, functional, and performance testing
  • Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and core computer science concepts
  • Experience implementing RESTful and gRPC services, event-driven architecture, microservices, messaging technology, and storage/persistence approaches
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments
  • Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including stateful services management and storage
  • Ability to construct, interpret, and apply metrics for decision-making and progress visibility
  • Strong site reliability engineering principles
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Effective negotiation abilities and strategic thinking
  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • 5+ years of development in a large-scale, mission-critical environment
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supervising personnel in a technical environment
  • 2+ years of experience with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end functional testing
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
