Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid driver's license meeting company underwriting guidelines
  • Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits
  • Willingness to be flexible with primary work location; position may require remote or in-office work
  • Solid computer skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Multitasking skills
  • Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience appraising automobiles
  • Preferred experience appraising motorcycles and RVs
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers and repair facilities
  • Must be able to obtain a Texas all-line adjuster's license
