About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inspect and assess auto damage in the assigned territory
- Handle and settle claims promptly and accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge
- Perform remote, field, or in-office work as required by the position
- Communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders verbally and in writing
- Make decisions and maintain attention to detail while multitasking
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience
- Demonstrated track record of success delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to promptly and accurately settle claims
- Ability to handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge
- Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines
- Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits
- Willingness to be flexible with primary work location; position may require remote, field, or in-office work
- Solid computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Multitasking skills
- Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
