Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • High-volume call center experience with KPIs and measurable goals preferred
  • Active Adjusters license preferred
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills
  • Adaptable and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask across platforms
