Requirements

What you’ll need

Customer-facing experience preferred
Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred
Active Adjusters license preferred; training and exam fees provided
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required
Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills
Adaptable and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize and multitask across platforms
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
