- Inspect and assess vehicle damage

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred
- Active Adjusters license preferred; training and exam fees provided
- College degree preferred
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills
- Adaptable and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multitask across platforms
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
