About the role

Designs and builds highly efficient and comprehensive CI/CD platforms across Business Services and Infrastructure Engineering
Engages in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle
Leads design sessions and topology reviews to elevate the quality of engineering across the organization
Executes CI/CD Infrastructure and Software delivery utilizing an Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
Supports migration efforts from Azure PaaS/IaaS services to Kubernetes (AKS)
Balances delivery of multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously
Mentors and supports engineers at all junior levels
Provides excellent 24x7 production support on an on-call rotational basis
Adheres to the Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field
3+ years of engineering experience with Infrastructure/Middleware or DevOps
3+ years of experience in Cloud DevOps and Cloud Architecture in Azure environments
3+ years of experience working with web servers and application servers
3+ years of configuration management experience
2+ years of experience working with monitoring tools
2+ years of experience with MuleSoft or similar Integration software
Experience with Change Management processes is a must
Prior experience with tools like Helix (BMC) and Service Now is a plus
