About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, supporting their growth and career development.
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap for your area, balancing customer value, business impact, and delivery effort.
- Define, measure, and optimize product success through key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven decision making.
- Partner closely with technology, business, and operational teams to understand opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders, demonstrating measurable business value.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer and associate needs to create innovative, user-focused experiences.
- Foster agile ways of working and encourage a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Participate in hiring, performance management, coaching, and team development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operating principles, and the Code of Conduct.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
- 6+ years of experience delivering customer- or associate-facing products
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in an Agile environment
- 4+ years of experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept to delivery
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing Product Managers
- Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, ICAgile, PMI-ACP, etc.) are a plus
