Key responsibilities & impact

Manage account call center locations, assist with broad reach and other electronic group training and advancement campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key account location managers, producers and account influencers.
Build, execute and present location specific strategic account plans, and forecasts to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
Responsible for working with all GEICO product lines i.e. Private Passenger Auto, Commercial Auto & Trucking.
Facilitate calibration sessions with Field and Inside sales resources to build consistency on the execution of NA account strategies.

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience as an sales resource involved with large, complex customers
Bachelor's degree in a business or related field
Proven track record of successfully developing and translating sales strategy into results.
Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Compliance with GEICO’s driving standards and/or policy.
