About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide reassurance and assistance to make a difference in our customers' lives.
Guide policyholders through the complicated medical aspects of auto insurance claims.
Investigate medical necessity, determine casualty, evaluate the validity of personal injury insurance claims, and monitor case files over the course of treatment.
Consult with involved parties (customers, other carriers, attorneys, medical providers) and secure medical information.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Customer-facing Claims experience preferred.
Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
Availability: Available to work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
