About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide reassurance and assistance to make a difference in our customers' lives.
  • Guide policyholders through the complicated medical aspects of auto insurance claims.
  • Investigate medical necessity, determine casualty, evaluate the validity of personal injury insurance claims, and monitor case files over the course of treatment.
  • Consult with involved parties (customers, other carriers, attorneys, medical providers) and secure medical information.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Customer-facing Claims experience preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
  • Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
  • Availability: Available to work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
