Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience
Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in lieu of a degree
Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
Strong results orientation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work onsite and schedule flexibility which may include weekends and night shifts.
