  • This is a collaborative role working across various stakeholders and accountable for improving and building the best-in-class customer experience.
  • In this position you will be a single threaded owner working across stakeholders within technology, business, product management and design to help build and execute.
  • A strong understanding of front-end experience, capabilities, and downstream services that support everyday sales needs across all channels and insurance product offerings.
  • Demonstrate the ability to roll up your sleeves and dig deep while influencing organizational change through proper scoping, process improvements and positive team culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in agile product management
  • 5+ years managing all aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery or launch to market
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery
  • Insurance industry experience preferred and customer first mindset.
  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
  • High sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive change.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Marketing.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as software engineering or computer science.
