About the role

  • Provide technical leadership and operational support for workplace enterprise technology platforms
  • Support, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows server platforms
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions for workplace technologies
  • Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and ongoing performance optimization
  • Execute DevOps activities including CI/CD pipeline management and automation scripting
  • Ensure platform observability and apply secure design practices
  • Manage platform lifecycle activities and identify opportunities for automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor teammates

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer in an enterprise environment
  • 3+ years of experience with architecture and design
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
  • 2+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
  • Strong background in enterprise infrastructure supporting Windows and Linux systems
  • Advanced skills with Windows Server, Active Directory, and authentication protocols
  • Solid Linux administration experience
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and virtualization
  • Ability to design secure and highly available solutions
