About the role

  • Identify, source, engage, and hire exceptional candidates for high-volume roles in sales, customer service, and claims
  • Collaborate with recruiters, business leaders, HR Business Partners and stakeholders to understand talent needs
  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables from candidate sourcing through offer creation
  • Conduct interviews, evaluations, and present offer packages

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related full-life cycle recruitment experience; contact center/high-volume setting preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 4 years of additional relevant work experience
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experienced in all aspects of talent search including search strategy, innovative candidate sourcing programs, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment & experience working with diverse teams and cultures
  • Experience with retained or technical recruiting in a large & complex organization
  • Strong initiative, communication, relationship management, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of equipment and materials
  • Must be able to travel 10% of the time
