About the role
- Oversee planning, design, and construction of real estate projects
- Maintain oversight of project resources, schedules, and budgets
- Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Provide on-site leadership and manage project teams
- Assist in developing and managing project budgets
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Serve as primary contact for stakeholders and manage vendor relationships
- Align project goals with company's strategic objectives
- Supervise and mentor project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, finance, construction management, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in real estate project or program management
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheet)
- Financial modeling in Excel
- Presentation tools proficiency (PowerPoint)
- Experience with specific industry tools like CAD is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is often preferred
