About the role

  • Serve a number of sub-teams responsible for building key components of our business intelligence and reporting suite
  • Work closely with engineering, product, design and business stakeholders to clarify goals
  • Use effective process to align teams, seek clarity and empower teams to drive for results

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or analyst on technical projects (Software Development, DevOps, etc.)
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements to processes and projects
  • Strong critical thinking, decision making, and analytical skills
  • Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience facilitating project ceremonies and managing multiple projects
  • Ability to manage a variety of projects with strict deadlines
  • Be able to listen to internal customers and create project plan accordingly
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field (business, finance, mathematics, computer science), or equivalent professional experience is required
