About the role
- This position is a hybrid role with locations that include Palo Alto, CA; Chevy Chase, MD.
- A strong understanding of front-end experience, capabilities, and downstream services that support everyday sales needs across all channels and insurance product offerings.
- Demonstrate the ability to roll up your sleeves and dig deep while influencing organizational change through proper scoping, process improvements and positive team culture.
- Owning and prioritizing the long-term (6+ months) product roadmap to deliver business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team.
- Hands on with writing, epics, feature, and user story details to help drive solution and execution aligned to business outcomes and customer first experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years in agile product management
- 5+ years managing all aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery or launch to market
- 5+ years leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery
- Knowledge in Underwriting, Rating, and Insurance Product Offerings (i.e., Modeling, Telematics, Product Definition) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as software engineering or computer science.
