Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience
  • Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License required
  • Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines
  • Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits
  • Willingness to be flexible with primary work location; position may require remote, field, or in-office work
  • Solid computer skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
