Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred
  • Active Adjusters license preferred; training and exam fees provided
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization
