About the role
- Supporting the stability and performance of our Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Assisting with risk management activities, including compliance checks and security audits
- Helping develop and deliver cyber security training and awareness initiatives for staff
- Working closely with the Digital Solutions team to maintain secure and reliable systems
- Monitoring and responding to security incidents, alerts, and emerging vulnerabilities
Requirements
- Qualifications in ICT, Cyber Security, or relevant professional experience are a must
- Strong understanding of current cyber security practices, tools, and frameworks
- A practical problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to keep learning in a fast-moving environment
