Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED.
Customer Representative experience preferred but not required.
Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
Windows computer and headset (Computer specifications: CPU: Intel Core i3/i5 or equivalent to AMD Ryzen 3 or 5 RAM: 8GB expandible up to 16GB, OS: Windows 10 - 11, Storage: 250/500GB (Preferably SSD) Able to connect to ethernet.
Energy and Internet stability (At least 50Mbps internet speed)
Ability to work a fixed full-time schedule with reliability. (Evening and weekends are required. Split shift may be a possibility)
Ability to pass background check
