About the role
- Architect our digital training presence and own the learner's journey
- Build, launch, and optimize a world-class asynchronous customer training platform
- Produce a library of videos and interactive modules
- Collaborate with team to embody core values of being Humble, Hungry, and Smart
Requirements
- Experience building out and managing an LMS for asynchronous training
- Experience in storyboarding, filming, and editing high-quality training videos
- Ability to create knowledge checks, learning pathways, and curriculum that sticks
- Other-centric, compassionate, and possess high emotional intelligence
- Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if needed
