About the role

  • Work in the field, accompanying client visits to map needs and opportunities across the national territory.
  • Manage, prioritize and approve requests from sales representatives and managers, ensuring agility and a results-oriented focus.
  • Develop, execute and monitor Trade Marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines, targets and objectives are met.
  • Create and implement sell-out focused activities, including training, loyalty programs and commercial activations.
  • Develop product campaigns, incentives and point-of-sale (POS) promotional activities targeted at distributor sales forces.
  • Structure market information collection and competitor analysis, turning data into actionable plans.
  • Develop and implement planograms for the three product lines, ensuring standards, visibility and conversion at the point of sale.
  • Plan and execute events and sponsorship activities to engage distributor sales teams.
  • Manage the merchandising team, monitoring KPIs, reports and continuous improvement plans.
  • Develop merchandising materials with a focus on sales conversion.
  • Create and manage the annual promotional calendar (360° view), aligned with the main business dates.
  • Develop clear and strategic briefs for agencies and partners, connecting business objectives, in-store execution and sell-out focus.
  • Keep the work environment clean and organized.
  • Complete the records requested in the specific ISQ.
  • Use the PPE relevant to the role, as instructed by the Occupational Safety Department.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Communications, Advertising, Marketing or Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA.
