Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect potential clients through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other tools);
- Conduct consultative approaches to identify pains, challenges, and business opportunities;
- Qualify leads received through marketing activities (SDR);
- Map and generate new commercial opportunities through active prospecting (BDR);
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team;
- Log activities and keep information up to date in the CRM;
- Build and execute contact cadences;
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to generate opportunities;
- Monitor metrics and targets related to pipeline generation;
- Contribute ideas and improvements to evolve commercial processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile;
- Ease in building relationships and conducting business conversations;
- Organization and discipline for pipeline management;
- Curiosity to learn about technology, the market, and customers;
- Ability for active listening and investigation;
- Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning;
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or in commercial roles;
- Experience with outbound prospecting;
- Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, BANT, GPCT, among others);
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar);
- Experience in technology or SaaS companies.
