About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect potential clients through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other tools);
  • Conduct consultative approaches to identify pains, challenges, and business opportunities;
  • Qualify leads received through marketing activities (SDR);
  • Map and generate new commercial opportunities through active prospecting (BDR);
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team;
  • Log activities and keep information up to date in the CRM;
  • Build and execute contact cadences;
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to generate opportunities;
  • Monitor metrics and targets related to pipeline generation;
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to evolve commercial processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile;
  • Ease in building relationships and conducting business conversations;
  • Organization and discipline for pipeline management;
  • Curiosity to learn about technology, the market, and customers;
  • Ability for active listening and investigation;
  • Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning;
  • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or in commercial roles;
  • Experience with outbound prospecting;
  • Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, BANT, GPCT, among others);
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar);
  • Experience in technology or SaaS companies.
