About the role

  • Active management of the client portfolio
  • Accelerate product adoption and maintain customer engagement
  • Ensure customers achieve the expected outcomes with our products and services
  • Connect with different stakeholder types within the client organization (users, decision-makers)
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients
  • Monitor and drive product usage, consistently sharing best practices
  • Use a consultative approach to understand client processes and propose suggestions and solutions to improve them
  • Build success milestones to be achieved with clients
  • Turn customers into brand advocates
  • Actively pursue account expansion (Up-Sell and Cross-Sell)
  • Anticipate potential issues, lack of usage, and dissatisfaction
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and create action plans to recover detractor customers
  • Contribute to reducing churn and down-sell
