About the role
- Active management of the client portfolio
- Accelerate product adoption and maintain customer engagement
- Ensure customers achieve the expected outcomes with our products and services
- Connect with different stakeholder types within the client organization (users, decision-makers)
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients
- Monitor and drive product usage, consistently sharing best practices
- Use a consultative approach to understand client processes and propose suggestions and solutions to improve them
- Build success milestones to be achieved with clients
- Turn customers into brand advocates
- Actively pursue account expansion (Up-Sell and Cross-Sell)
- Anticipate potential issues, lack of usage, and dissatisfaction
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and create action plans to recover detractor customers
- Contribute to reducing churn and down-sell
Requirements
- Experience managing B2B client portfolios
