About the role

  • Collect, organize and analyze financial data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reports for leadership.
  • Assist in preparing the budget and financial forecasts, in partnership with other departments.
  • Monitor the company's cash flow and identify trends and risks.
  • Support the identification of cost-reduction opportunities and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Participate in specific projects, providing financial analysis and support for initiative implementation.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of documents and information for internal and external audits.
  • Work closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing and Operations, supporting their financial needs.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
  • Familiarity with financial tools and software.
  • Advanced Excel skills and presentation tools.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, formulas and functions for financial analysis.
  • Analytical skills: ability to analyze data, identify trends and produce data-driven recommendations.
  • Communication: strong communication skills to translate financial information for different audiences.
  • Organization and time management: ability to handle multiple requests while meeting deadlines accurately.
  • Teamwork: active collaboration with various areas of the company.
  • Adaptability: willingness to learn, grow and adapt to new challenges and processes.
  • Previous experience with treasury functions.
  • Experience working in accounting firms.
  • Strong focus, critical thinking and analytical reasoning.
