About the role

  • Define and evolve the company’s quality strategy, aligned with product, technology, and business objectives.

  • Analyze technical and functional risks before demand prioritization.
  • Assess impacts of product decisions on the quality, stability, and performance of solutions.
  • Define and evolve a multi-layer testing strategy, oriented by risk and business impact, including:
  • - Exploratory manual testing on critical flows
  • - Automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end)
  • - Continuous regression testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines
  • - Load, stress, and performance testing using real-world usage scenarios
  • - Validation of integrations between services, APIs, and databases
  • - Build this strategy in partnership with squads, respecting each product’s technical maturity, context, and goals.
  • Drive observability efforts, using tools such as Datadog.
  • Monitor product SLIs and SLOs, anticipating performance degradations and systemic failures.
  • Correlate production incidents with testing gaps or product decisions.
  • Reduce MTTR and promote continuous learning through post-mortems and ongoing improvement.
  • Define clear KPIs for quality, stability, and performance.
  • Establish objective acceptance criteria together with Product and Technology teams.
  • Maintain explicit accountability for the levels of quality perceived by customers and the business.
  • Communicate risks, trade-offs, and technical impacts clearly to executive leadership.
