About the role

  • Work across the full design process, from discovery and research through high-fidelity design, prototyping, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to define solutions, flows, and experiences, ensuring alignment between design, technology, and product goals.
  • Translate complex problems into simple, functional, user-centered solutions.
  • Use and actively contribute to the evolution of the Design System and component library.
  • Ensure consistency, scalability, and visual, interaction, and usability quality across all deliverables.
  • Create clear documentation and support efficient handoff flows to engineering.
  • Participate in user research, usability testing, and qualitative and quantitative analyses.
  • Turn insights into practical, well-founded solutions.
  • Work iteratively, testing hypotheses and refining solutions based on continuous feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Data, and other teams.
  • Take part in design discussions and presentations, communicating decisions and rationale clearly.
  • Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure coherence between product, visual identity, and experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital product design, with a focus on user-centered and data-informed design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating process, systems thinking, and products in production.
  • Proficiency with Figma, including prototyping, components, and using design systems.
  • Experience with discovery, usability testing, and iteration based on real user feedback.
  • Solid knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
