About the role

  • Manage customized implementation projects from kick‑off to go‑live.
  • Plan and monitor schedules, deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout the project.
  • Lead kick‑off, alignment, and status meetings.
  • Ensure execution is faithful to the scope defined by the Business Analyst.
  • Coordinate internal teams (Implementation, Technology, Integration, Security, Support).
  • Ensure user acceptance, final delivery, and transition to Support.

Requirements

  • Experience managing technology projects or software implementations
  • Experience with customized projects and direct client interaction
  • Clear communication, strong organization, and effective prioritization skills
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
  • Delivery‑oriented profile with focus on governance and predictability
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, ERPs)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or startups
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Experience in regulated environments or with security requirements.
