About the role
- Act as the on-site focal point for the client's Procurement and/or Supplier Registration teams, ensuring the correct and strategic use of the Gedanken platform.
- Map, document, and optimize on-site supplier management processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing real-time solutions.
- Lead and monitor onboarding and re-onboarding flows, working directly with the client to accelerate supplier traction and engagement.
- Coordinate action plans and communications to ensure targets and critical deadlines are met (e.g., Energy Auction schedules, strategic BIDs, and others).
- Conduct workshops and hands-on training for client teams and suppliers, ensuring adoption of best practices on the G.Certifica platform.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback (NPS), turning customer pain points into actionable insights for Gedanken’s Product and Processes teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Operations roles with on-site/in-person responsibilities.
- Strong influencing and communication skills to manage stakeholders and drive process change.
- High autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to act as the "owner" of the solution within the client environment.
- Analytical capacity to convert observations and operational data into action plans.
- Availability to work on-site at client locations (Rio de Janeiro and/or São Paulo).
