About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accounting processing and data entry
Validate and send customer invoices
Issue customer credits according to established procedures
Ensure creation and updating of customer records
Monitor account statements
Perform bank deposits and monitor incoming payments
Participate in month-end closing activities
Collaborate with various internal departments and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

DEC (College Diploma) in Accounting or equivalent qualification
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Rigor, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, collaborative spirit, and ease working in an evolving digital environment
Familiarity with accounting software
Experience with multi-currency environments (an asset)
Experience in a manufacturing or international environment (an asset)
