About the role

  • Financial close and analyses
  • Actively participate in the monthly financial close
  • Produce relevant financial analyses and contribute to explaining variances
  • Monitor project costs and support decision-making
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and tax matters
  • Prepare and submit grant and reimbursement claims
  • Compile financial information for banks and partners
  • Contribute to reconciliations and the preparation of tax filings (Canada, United States and international)
  • Support the Senior Analyst on corporate tax matters
  • Participate in risk management and insurance processes
  • Support matters with legal and regulatory implications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA designation required
  • 0 to 3 years of experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment, multi-site operations, or multi-currency settings
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query is a plus)
  • Interest in international and corporate finance issues
  • Detail-oriented, autonomous, curious, with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse assignments
  • Bilingual in French and English
