About the role

  • Analyze customers' technical requirements in collaboration with the sales team;
  • Recommend appropriate solutions (configurations, customizations, feasibility);
  • Serve as the technical point of reference for clients and OEM partners;
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product teams to resolve technical issues;
  • Support business development teams in evaluating opportunities;
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations;
  • Participate in the introduction of new products to clients;
  • Conduct feasibility studies, testing, and proofs of concept;
  • Provide technical support before, during, and after solution implementation;
  • Train and coach clients to optimize product usage;
  • Coordinate client projects with internal teams;
  • Monitor and follow up on timelines, deliverables, and communications.

Requirements

  • College or university degree in engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field;
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical support or a manufacturing/technology environment;
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly;
  • Comfortable in a role that is both technical and customer-facing;
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and well organized;
  • Bilingual in English and French required;
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools is an asset.
