About the role
- Analyze customers' technical requirements in collaboration with the sales team;
- Recommend appropriate solutions (configurations, customizations, feasibility);
- Serve as the technical point of reference for clients and OEM partners;
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product teams to resolve technical issues;
- Support business development teams in evaluating opportunities;
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations;
- Participate in the introduction of new products to clients;
- Conduct feasibility studies, testing, and proofs of concept;
- Provide technical support before, during, and after solution implementation;
- Train and coach clients to optimize product usage;
- Coordinate client projects with internal teams;
- Monitor and follow up on timelines, deliverables, and communications.
Requirements
- College or university degree in engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field;
- 3–5 years of experience in technical support or a manufacturing/technology environment;
- Strong technical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly;
- Comfortable in a role that is both technical and customer-facing;
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and well organized;
- Bilingual in English and French required;
- Experience with CRM or project management tools is an asset.
